Remo 14" Falams XT Smooth White Snare Side Marching Drumhead

Built for competitive marching bands and drumlines, this head is designed to withstand the very high tensions used on modern marching snares. It pairs a 5-mil Kevlar weave bonded to a Smooth White film, producing a sharp, bright snare tone.

Unlike conventional snare-side heads, the Falams XT includes a built-in 5-mil Mylar underlay ring. This internal ring tames unwanted overtones and keeps the fundamental pitch focused, while still preserving the wires' natural responsiveness. The head also uses Remo's rugged Duralock Crimplock hoop — a mechanical collar that anchors the Kevlar into the aluminum frame so the film stays secure and doesn't slip loose under high tension.
